Texas Careers, San Antonio campus is located in a two-story, air-conditioned building. Our classrooms are designed to give you as much hands-on experience as possible. You'll find equipment and materials relevant to your chosen course of study and have the opportunity to use them just as they are used in the workplace.
We provide resource information in the classrooms and other specified areas, including numerous law books in the paralegal classroom. Resource information includes periodicals, texts, and topical books on various subjects taught at Texas Careers. The paralegal classroom contains many law books. Students who wish to do additional research have convenient access to the Internet through school computers.
Equipment
In keeping with the high educational standards of Texas Careers, the equipment used in each program offers you the opportunity to develop a practical, working knowledge of the equipment and materials you may encounter on the job.
- Students in the vocational nursing program and those taking medical clinical courses use instruments including autoclaves, centrifuges, electrocardiographs, and other items found in a health care setting.
- Students in the computer business systems program work with computers, peripherals, and a variety of software applications.
- Students in the paralegal program use computers and software associated with the legal profession.
